An Authorized Location is a designated area where you are permitted to use bet365's services. If you are in an authorized location, you will able to use bet365's services.
If you believe you are in an authorized location but are experiencing difficulties using the app, we recommend trying the following steps:

Select Clear Cache and re-test the issue.

If the issue persists, repeat steps 1-4 but select Clear Data.
Restricted Locations
If you are in a restricted location you will not be able to access bet365's services, and you will receive a restricted location error message.
In some countries, you can only log in if your bet365 account was registered in that same country.
